I am ONE!!!

Thanks to all for helping us celebrate Evelyn's 1st Birthday and for all the nice and thoughtful gifts. Although the first hour of the party involved quite a bit of crying, she got used to all the people and had a wonderful time!!

The Love of being a MOM!

We all had such a nice Mother's Day brunch at Kevin and Amandas (thanks guys)!! It was very fun to get all the family together to celebrate our awesome - most beautiful - Mother!

I hope you like my sweater - it is a one-of-a-kind. My Grandpa Porter's mom (aka Nan) knitted this sweater in Ireland in anticipation of her grand-daughter (35+ years ago). Problem was that Grandma and Grandpa Porter only had 2 boys...Isn't it pretty?!?!?
